Originally from Venezuela, Javier is a Spanish/English bilingual media specialist and Emmy® Award-winning filmmaker who partners with content creators, nonprofits, corporate executives and entrepreneurs to help them tell visual stories and shape unique narratives that captivate, entertain and educate the viewer.

After spending over 25 years producing video and digital content in commercial, broadcast, nonprofit, government, corporate tech and social media environments, Javier has a deep understanding of what it takes to craft engaging content and help shape an authentic narrative that is mindful of values, culture, brand voice and mission. It’s about building meaningful connections with the people you are trying to help, understanding their needs, and communicating that understanding in an empathetic and visually engaging way. This is what drives his passion.

Javier has created and published live and recorded content globally in broadcast, digital and social media outlets for Univision, NBC/Telemundo, Fox, Disney, Toyota, Ford, Kia, Meta, Healthline Media, On24, San Francisco City Hall, and the Federal Reserve among others. He has also created visual content for theater and live events. Over the years, his work has garnered multiple industry recognitions, including 3 Emmy® Awards. He currently produces media contents involving executive leadership at the San Francisco Fed, and previously led strategy and development for Meta’s internal video production services at the Menlo Park headquarters, working directly with top C-level executives including Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg.

In addition to his extensive content production experience, Javier has a deep technical understanding of film/video production technology and production environments, and has served as an independent consultant during the design, implementation and scaling of small to mid-sized production and post-production facilities.

Javier holds a B.A. degree in Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University.
